ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who is data-obsessed, highly strategic, and a hands-on performance marketer to join our Xsolla Ads division. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own growth marketing at the intersection of two exciting opportunities: driving user acquisition for our new B2C loyalty app and supporting growth initiatives for the Xsolla Ads B2B business.

Strong analytical skills and deep expertise in paid UA and performance marketing are essential, along with experience in consumer apps, mobile growth, and multi-channel campaign execution. The ability to build and scale campaigns from the ground up — owning strategy, execution, and optimization end to end will be key to your success in this role.
