About the Role
Yahoo is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader to build and scale our Growth Sales team within the Yahoo DSP. This leader will drive net-new advertiser acquisition across mid-market brands, with a strong focus on CTV and full-funnel programmatic solutions.
This is a builder role — ideal for a sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to generate pipeline from scratch, and can convert new business at scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead and scale a Growth Sales team focused on net-new advertiser acquisition
Develop outbound prospecting strategy and install rigorous pipeline management
Drive new business across CTV, video, display, native, and full-funnel DSP solutions
Personally engage in key deals and strategic pitches
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing hunters
Build repeatable motion for mid-market client acquisition
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and account management
Establish operating cadence and forecasting discipline
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in digital media / programmatic sales - with specific mid-market/growth/performance experience required
5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
Experience at a DSP or performance-driven ad platform
Demonstrated success driving net-new revenue growth
Strong CTV fluency
Experience selling to mid-market advertisers
Proven ability to build outbound pipeline and scale prospecting efforts
Data-driven and operationally rigorous

The compensation for this position ranges from $217,905.00 - $473,710.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
