Your role
We are looking for a HEAD OF GLOBAL TECH HUB DELIVERY IN THE US for our Global Domain Global de Cloud Infrastructure & Common IT Run, a key team in our technology ecosystem.
In this role, you will report to Head of Global Tech Platform, and will be responsible for leading and optimizing the delivery of IT services and projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. You will ensure that all deliverables align with Business objectives while meeting quality and customer satisfaction standards. The Head of Global Tech Hub Delivery in the US will ensure the onboarding of the Entity into the Global Tech Hub structure. This area will act as a Single Point of Contact for the Global Tech Hub in the Entity and will be accountable for demand management end to end. You will be considered an escalation point and accountable for the service delivery for the Entity or Global Business.
In this role your main responsibilities will be;
End-to-end accountability over the relationship with Entity.
Ensure the convergence to the Global Tech Platform model.
Ensure the onboarding of the entity’s resources into the Global Tech Hub.
From a Technical Architecture standpoint, ensure the integration between the functional architecture and the infrastructure architecture of all Tech Platforms.
Program & Project Management:
Ensure that IT for Business Programs/Projects where several Tech Platforms are involved (e.g. Network, Private Cloud and Public Cloud) are managed efficiently from initiation to completion. This involves overseeing project managers and teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Coordinate migration plans to converge into the Global Tech Platform (e.g. migrations from local on-prem solutions to OHE or Public Cloud).
Participate in Portfolio Strategy Formulation, QBR, Portfolio Syncs whenever there is critical activity related to the Project/Epic; Coordinate and synchronize epic-related activities with business units.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential for tracking project progress. The Head of Tech Hub Delivery oversees the creation and analysis of reports that provide insights into project performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks is inherent to project management. The Head of Tech Hub Delivery must have a keen eye for potential risks that could impact deliveries. Implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans is essential to navigate uncertainties effectively.
Service Management:
Client Communication and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect of the role. The Head of Global Tech Hub Delivery often serves as a liaison between the client and the Global Tech Hub team, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of quality of service is critical. The Head of Global Tech Hub Delivery is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
Process Improvement: Continuously improving delivery processes is vital for staying competitive and meeting evolving client needs. The Head of Global Tech Hub Delivery identifies areas for process optimization and works collaboratively with Transformation team to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Management:
Manage delivery budgets, ensuring projects and services are delivered within agreed financial constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the delivery landscape.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:
More than 10 years of experience in Infrastructure
Experience in managing financial projects
Proven leadership of diverse teams
Strong infrastructure and service management experience
Successful project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Ability to think globally and operate regionally ensuring alignment
Self-motivated and driven team player
