- A highly strategic product leadership role with full accountability for First Mile and Depot product performance in Canada

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full P&L for First Mile and Depot products in Canada, including revenue, cost, margin, and EBIT performance
- Define and execute the product strategy for First Mile transportation, including rail, brokerage, and asset‑based containerized solutions
- Develop and launch the Depot product in Canada, including product design, pricing strategy, vendor selection, and go‑to‑market approach
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively address margin erosion through data‑driven analysis and market insight
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure product strategies are executable, scalable, and commercially sustainable
- Work with Commercial and Pricing teams to strengthen value propositions, win rates, and customer adoption
- Act as the senior product leader and front‑facing representative for First Mile and Depot offerings within the Canada Area
- Influence cross‑functional teams through clear strategy, strong communication, and visible leadership, despite no direct line management
- Leverage technology, analytics, and digital tools to optimize product performance and support continuous product evolution
What We Are Looking For
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
- Extensive experience within First Mile or landside transportation in Canada, including rail and trucking environments
- Demonstrated success owning and managing a full P&L, with accountability for both growth and profitability
- Strong product leadership capability, with experience developing, scaling, or transforming transportation products
- High financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear strategic decisions
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Solid understanding of operational and commercial levers within logistics and transportation markets
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure in emerging or under‑defined product areas
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is an advantage
Starting Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 CAD*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
