About the role
As the Head of Electrification Enablement, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of the Electrification & Innovation (E&I) Enablement function—bringing together Sales, Customer Support, Engineering Delivery, Operations, and Improvement teams to deliver scalable, customer‑centric models for home electrification products. You’ll ensure end-to-end systems, governance, and risk frameworks are in place to launch and service a range of products including installation of hardware safely and efficiently—while enabling commercial growth.
A critical member of the E&I Leadership Team, you’ll act as the conduit between E&I and the broader Customer Operations organisation, championing operational excellence, quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement. You’ll hold P&L accountability and provide expert guidance on operational readiness, sales enablement, commercial/vendor management, and feedback integration so that E&I products meet customer expectations and drive sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Electrification Enablement strategy and operations across Sales, Customer Support, Engineering Delivery, Operations, and Improvement teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable growth.
Own P&L and drive revenue growth, developing sales strategies and enabling execution to maximise product uptake in electrification markets.
Oversee end-to-end customer experience, from installation to post-sale service, ensuring quality, safety, and timely issue resolution.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring contracts meet commercial, safety, quality, and operational standards while optimising performance.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement, embedding Lean/Agile practices and partnering on technology platform uplift to support scalability.
Ensure compliance and risk governance, including HSE, regulatory obligations, and robust reporting frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
Foster a high-performing, engaged workforce, coaching leaders and teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes and drive innovation.
About you
Progressive leadership across operations, sales enablement, engineering/delivery, or customer service—ideally within utilities, energy, , or fast‑growing product environments.
Proven success leading multiple teams across Sales, Customer Support, Engineering/Installation Delivery, and Continuous Improvement.
Strong strategy + execution capability with a track record of operationalizing scalable products and driving revenue growth through operational excellence.
Deep vendor/partner management expertise; strong quality, safety, SLA and regulatory compliance grounding in complex operations.
Demonstrated risk identification, mitigation, and governance experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence senior leadership and collaborate across product/value streams and broader customer operations.
Experience driving digital transformation and continuous improvement with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma methodologies.
Data‑driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and performance monitoring capability.
