Job Summary

Lead and embed a human-centred digital design that drives seamless, intuitive and commercially impactful customer experiences across all digital channels.

Job Description

1: Exercise overall responsibility for the successful delivery of programmes/projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. | 2: Work with the business unit head to shape the digital strategy to ensure that the business achieves its objectives | 3: Effectively manage third party and vendor relationships. Forge strategic partnerships to leverage technology resources that create measurable added value for both parties, where appropriate.

Requirements:

Experience strategy & vision setting

Design leadership and people management

Customer value proposition understanding

Design governance, standards, and quality assurance

Stakeholder influence at senior/executive level

Systems thinking and end-to-end experience design

Measures experience impacts (CX Metrics, Adoption, Conversion)

Agile and product operating models

Change leadership and capability building

Set the design strategy, aligned to business outcomes

Own design standards, principles and governance across journeys and products

Lead and coach designers, to ensure consistency and quality of craft

Partners with Product, Tech, Data and CX to embed design early and end-to-end

Ensures scalability, reusability and alignment across the journeys
