GN is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Creative and Art to lead the team that brings the Jabra brand to life across every touchpoint. GN's marketing team is operating at the intersection of brand, content, and design, you will set Jabra's global creative direction, lead a multi‑disciplinary in‑house team, and collaborate with our agency partners to deliver work that is both strategically grounded and creatively innovative.

This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for the creative development of the brand—shaping a distinctive, high-quality creative expression that elevates Jabra in market, builds emotional connection with our audiences, and delivers measurable commercial results.

The Team you will be part of:

You will report directly to the VP Brand, Content & Digital and act as the organisation’s most senior authority on creative and art direction—partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions and promoting a culture of inclusive, motivated creative excellence.

You will shape the creative agenda for Jabra globally, partnering with the VP on creative concepting, engaging senior stakeholders across regions and functions, and building scalable frameworks that enable consistent brand expression while empowering local creative relevance.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Define and own the global creative vision, art direction and brand expression for Jabra across all channels and markets
  • Translate brand strategy into distinctive, scalable creative platforms that build emotional connection and deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Guide, inspire and develop the in‑house creative team, as well as our external agency partners —setting clear standards, ways of working, performance management and a culture grounded in craft, curiosity and inclusion
  • Shape and manage our global creative agency ecosystem, ensuring best‑in‑class output, collaborative partnerships and clear accountability
  • Act as global guardian of the Jabra brand, evolving guidelines, toolkits and systems that enable consistent yet locally relevant expression
  • Integrate creative early in the campaign process and partner across brand, content, paid media, regional marketing, product marketing and regions to deliver fully integrated experiences
  • Advocate for and embed creative AI tools and innovation to enhance quality, efficiency, personalisation and speed‑to‑market—while safeguarding originality and brand integrity

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Bring extensive experience (typically 12+ years) from senior creative leadership roles for global or complex brands, with a strong, contemporary portfolio of distinctive and effective work
  • Have deep knowledge across art direction, design and copywriting, and understand how creative work shapes both brand building and performance outcomes
  • Are experienced in building and leading well-functioning, diverse creative teams, with a coaching mindset focusing on growing people's capabilities and able to give clear, constructive feedback
  • Are comfortable leading global creative agency relationships, combining a pursuit of creative excellence with solid commercial and negotiation skills
  • Have practical experience with creative AI tools and a genuine curiosity for emerging technology and how it can elevate creative work
  • Communicate with clarity and impact, including with senior and executive stakeholders, and are able to operate across global and regional teams
  • Thrive in an evolving environment, bringing structure, attention to detail, rigour and pragmatism to complex challenges
