About the Role
Initiate strategic plan for AIA China in respect of premises, facilities, equipment and as assigned to improve business efficiency & cost benefit; ensure the activities compliance with company policy & business requirement, ESG.Roles and Responsibilities:
Advise and assist CFO to develop and implement the strategic plan ESG, recommend and manage the short term and long term objectives in line with the direction from AIA Group Office in respect of premises, facilities, equipment and as assigned;
Define AIA China (both CHO and branch offices) leasing policy and execute leasing requirements from both admin and agency function. Monitor and report office utilization to management team;
Develop and implement strategic plan for premises management to ensure a secure and safe workplace for both employees and agency force;
Define and execute office design standard, responsible for leading renovation and maintenance of company leased property to support business growth and operations;
Lead the planning and set up of the security and crisis management function in the company, further to provide appropriate guidelines and management system to align with the direction of AIA Group Office in this respect;
Formulate yearly planning and monitor through regular review to support business initiatives and meet the needs of both internal and external clients;
Provide timely and professional/expert advice for the area of responsibility;
Demonstrate a role modeling in leadership and delivery of quality service;
Timely completion of assigned tasks;
Accuracy and completeness of work produced;
Achievement from cost saving of leasing.
Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduate with 10+ years related working experience, in real estate, estate management, or business administration;
Real Estate related certificate is a plus;
Good command of Mandarin & written English;
Good communication skills;
Fluent in popular PC software;
Sensitive to numbers;
Detail minded, efficient, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
A good team player who is keen to learn.
