The Berklee Emerging Technologies Lab (BEATL) is looking for a visionary, experimental, and analytically rigorous Head of Content and Audience Growth. This isn't just a marketing role; it’s a mission-critical position designed to center artists in the middle of technological change. You will lead the strategy that ensures BEATL’s research, events, and advocacy reach global audiences—from Berklee students to Silicon Valley policymakers. About the Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Founding Executive Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level editorial judgment and hands-on multimedia production. You’ll be tasked with building a "narrative engine" that explores the future of creative expression through a lens of responsible innovation.

Hiring Range: $110,000 to $140,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
