As part of the continued strengthening of the Consumer EMEA Finance organization and the integration of legacy and acquired businesses, we are pleased to announce the opening of the role of Head of Consolidation, Consumer EMEA.

This position reports into the Head of US Reporting & Compliance, Consumer EMEA and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant consolidation and reporting of EMEA financial results to Corporate.

Role Purpose

The role is accountable for the end-to-end financial consolidation of all Consumer EMEA entities, ensuring alignment with US GAAP, corporate reporting standards, and segment requirements.

The role acts as the single point of ownership for EMEA consolidation, coordinating inputs from multiple ERP systems and delivering a consistent, audit-ready consolidated view for Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of Consumer EMEA results

· Ensure accurate and timely submissions to Corporate using the consolidation system

· Perform and review consolidation entries (intercompany eliminations, FX, top-side adjustments)

· Reconcile consolidated results with underlying ERP data

· Coordinate closely with Controllership, FP&A, and CoE teams

· Support audits and internal controls related to consolidation and reporting

· Contribute to integration, standardization, and process improvement initiatives

The role is well suited for colleagues who:

· Have strong experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or corporate accounting

· Are comfortable working in a multinational, multi-entity environment

· Have solid knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles

· Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership

· Can work effectively across functions and systems during periods of change
