We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Management to oversee and lead our project management team. This leadership role requires mastery in steering business-critical projects from strategic planning through to execution, managing large-scale initiatives with substantial budgets and significant organizational impact. As the Head of Project Management, you will play a vital role in cross-funnel collaboration.

Additional responsibilities will be:

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Understand strategies, and oversee project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals. Lead the project management vision across the organization.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets, ensuring projects remain financially viable while staying within budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project managers and cross-functional teams. Cultivate an environment of collaboration and innovation, resolving conflicts and keeping projects on track.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Develop proactive plans to address challenges and align with risk policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the principal contact for stakeholders, including senior executives. Manage expectations, update regularly, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Change and Quality Management: Handle project changes in scope, goals, or timelines, skillfully adapting while maintaining project integrity. Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with the strategic vision.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in leading project management operations, with a track record in handling complex and large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in team development.
  • Deep understanding of compliance and risk management in a commercial setting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships, manage team dynamics, and foster a positive work environment.
