We are looking for a strong commercial leader to head our Direct Commercial Sales Department in Estonia and lead a team of sales leaders. As a member of the Baltic Commercial Sales management team, you will play a key role in shaping our overall commercial direction and strengthening our market position across the region.

This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for sales performance and P&L in Estonia. You will define and execute the commercial direct sales strategy, drive sustainable and profitable growth and ensure strong customer relationships - while continuously developing sales capabilities and evolving how we serve our business customers in a modern and efficient way.

About the role

You are accountable for the performance, development and direction of the Direct Sales business in Estonia. Your focus is on setting a clear ambition, enabling your teams to succeed and ensuring strong execution across the organization. At the same time, you contribute actively at Baltic level - aligning priorities, sharing best practices and driving common commercial initiatives.

You will be responsible for

Commercial Leadership & Growth

  • Define and execute the direct sales strategy for the Estonian B2B segment

  • Own and deliver sales targets, profitability and sustainable portfolio growth

  • Strengthen market position and ensure competitiveness in a dynamic environment

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and long-term value creation

Leadership of Leaders

  • Lead, coach and develop sales leaders, enabling them to build high-performing teams

  • Create clarity, alignment and accountability across the organization

  • Build a strong performance culture combining results, collaboration and customer focus

  • Strengthen sales capabilities and introduce modern, effective sales practices

P&L and Business Ownership

  • Hold P&L responsibility for the Direct Commercial Sales Department in Estonia

  • Ensure effective planning, prioritization and resource allocation

  • Monitor performance and take decisive actions to improve results and profitability

Customer & Market Impact

  • Strengthen relationships with key business customers and support strategic opportunities

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality and customer-focused sales approach

  • Leverage data, CRM and insights to improve decision-making and customer value

Baltic & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as an active member of the Baltic Commercial Sales management team

  • Drive alignment across markets and contribute to Baltic-wide initiatives

  • Work closely with Product, Risk, Claims, Marketing and other stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of innovative, scalable and efficient sales models

What we expect from you

  • University degree, preferably business administration or finances

  • Experience in leading sales leaders and managing sales or commercial organizations

  • Strong track record in delivering growth and managing P&L responsibility

  • Experience in B2B sales, insurance, financial services or a similar field

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and results

  • Strong commercial judgement and market understanding

  • Ability to develop people, build leadership capability and drive performance

  • Confidence to lead in a changing environment and drive transformation

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience using data, CRM systems and insights to guide decisions

  • Very good Estonian and good English skills
