Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading creation of annual marketing plans, budgets and forecasts tailored to the assigned country/market. The role directs day-to-day activities of a team of marketing professionals, managing staffing, workflow, and team budgets. The role drives development of customer segmentation strategies, identifies critical strategic partnerships that advance business, and ensures legal compliance. Additionally, the role provides strong leadership, driving change initiatives and monitoring performance goals.

Responsibilities
• Leads creation of annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts tailored to the specific market's needs and characteristics.
• Directs day-to-day activities and operations of one or more large teams of marketing professionals including managing staffing, workflow, and budgets.
• Directs conduct of in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Leads senior marketing and campaign managers to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and content marketing.
• Delivers regular reports to senior management, including key performance indicators and return on investment analysis.
• Drives a team to develop customer segmentation and audience strategies by leveraging market insights and product or solution roadmaps.
• Identifies strategic partnerships or alliances with local businesses and organizations to expand market reach.
• Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
• Applies expert subject matter knowledge, shapes knowledge base across businesses, functions, or regions, and provides strong leadership to drives change initiatives and monitor performance goals.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
