• Lead the design and development of the target Application Architecture, including front-end, back-end, and integration layers, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Analyze various application options, provide recommendations, and articulate strategic objectives and visions to guide application architecture decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Architect & Technology Specialist to propose and refine the IT roadmap, ensuring synergy between application and IT infrastructure strategies.
• Work with stakeholders and IT architects to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring solutions are technically sound and align with the organization’s goals.
• Coordinate with the resource center to create and implement learning plans specific to various architecture domains, fostering continuous skill development within the team.
• Provide ongoing updates on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer insights that drive innovation and impact organizational outcomes.
• Ensure proposed solutions adhere to compliance regulations and internal security policies, especially concerning IT architecture standards.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technologies, including the creation of solution prototypes and the establishment of collaboration frameworks.
• Support IT and other managers in planning and implementing growth strategies for network and data centers, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, and standards to support application architecture and development efforts.
• Lead the analysis and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and application system performance, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and ensure the compliance of all software and hardware products with established IT standards, working closely with the IT Infrastructure and IT EDM departments.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for system and configuration changes, ensuring modifications align with the broader application architecture.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks by developing disaster recovery plans and backup procedures in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure team.
• Oversee the automation of routine tasks and processes, ensuring that deployment operations are efficient and result in high-quality user experience.
• Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
concern, effort and cost)
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement: • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Studies
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Senior Staff, or
• Minimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in database and application
