Interesting Problems

  • Define the multi-year AI product strategy that differentiates Amperity’s platform, drawing from customer insight, market trends, and emerging AI research
  • Establish and champion Amperity’s AI principles, responsible AI criteria, and product philosophy across the company
  • Drive long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, and investment decisions across all AI and ML product surfaces
  • Mentor and develop a team of high-performing product managers fostering a culture of technical rigor and curiosity.
  • Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered capabilities, from ideation through delivery, scale, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the integration of LLMs, predictive models, personalization engines, and intelligent automation into core workflows across data onboarding, identity resolution, segmentation, analytics, and activation.
  • Translate complex ML capabilities into accessible, intuitive user experiences that drive adoption across technical and non-technical users.
  • Ensure all AI features balance performance, explainability, safety, and reliability.
  • Contribute to Amperity’s external thought leadership through publications, talks, and collaboration with academic or industry research partners.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and GTM to deliver world-class AI products at scale.
  • Influence executive stakeholders—Engineering, Product, Sales, CX—on AI tradeoffs, opportunities, and required investments.
  • Build alignment with customers, prospects, and partners, representing Amperity’s vision for AI in the market.
  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Applied AI/ML contributors.
  • Develop future leaders by setting clear expectations, coaching through autonomy, and fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Shape operating mechanisms that ensure your organization delivers efficiently and consistently.
  • Represent Amperity’s AI strategy externally through talks, publications, strategic customer conversations, and analyst engagements.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with research, enterprise, and ecosystem partners to expand Amperity's AI capabilities.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS—with deep experience leading AI-centric product lines.
  • Proven track record driving product strategy for large, data-intensive, or AI-driven products with enterprise customers.
  • Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams, including PMs, Designers, and technical contributors.
  • Strong technical fluency with ML concepts—able to partner deeply with engineering teams on topics such as:
    • entity resolution & probabilistic modeling
    • LLMs and RAG systems
    • predictive modeling and personalization
    • data governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI
  • Demonstrated ability to define and achieve measurable business outcomes, with experience in revenue-linked KPIs.
  • Significant experience operating cross-functionally in complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in MarTech, AdTech, or customer data platforms.
  • Prior experience scaling AI features within cloud or data-intensive environments (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, Azure).
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Location

Seattle, WA 

Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility

Compensation

Base Salary:  $200,000-$280,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options:  The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
