As a global leader in technology and innovation, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in North America and beyond, shaping the future of our product marketing strategy for Samsung’s upper-funnel video solutions focused on reach, awareness, and audiences.

Samsung Ads Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within Samsung. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands.

The Agency Sr Director will lead our Agency team, which is responsible for leading and building long term partnerships with media agencies and ecosystem players. 

The goal of the partnerships is to ensure sustained revenue and share-of-wallet growth for the platform, in close collaboration with the dedicated advertiser sales teams and other internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Revenue and Business Development

  • Drive significant revenue growth through agency channels, owning pipeline development, deal structuring, and annual budget commitments from holding companies.
  • Develop and lead the full strategic agency opportunities, and sustainable partnerships across key agency partners.
  • Identify areas of incremental spend and blockers across the entire agency book of business.
  • Develop and execute consultative selling strategies that align platform capabilities with agency clients’ brand and performance objectives across Video, CTV, and Programmatic.
  • Hold agencies accountable on revenue attainment in line with agreements.
  • Support resolution of blockers faced by advertiser sales teams with agencies.

Agency Enablement and Partnership

  • Develop and launch enablement programs including, but not limited to marketing, measurement, insights, upskilling, and intelligence sharing across all agency stakeholders.
  • Establish media and beyond-media strategic partnerships and support agencies in developing new revenue streams.
  • Establish and oversee strategic partnerships including coordination with internal company stakeholders.
  • Create partnership best practices that can be shared across other geographies.

Leadership

  • Represent the company in key industry events relevant for the Agency / Media landscape.
  • Build, and manage a high performing agency partnership team, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and driving accountability.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.
  • Prior experience at or in deep partnership with CTV, retail media, or data-driven ad tech companies.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, clean room technologies, and programmatic measurement frameworks.
  • Strong C-level connections in major advertising holding companies and familiarity with agency ecosystem and advertising market
  • Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Minimum of 5 years Leadership experience in complex matrixed environments.
  • Consistent track record of delivering on or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
  • Existing network across Big 6 and major indie agencies.
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
  • Ability to work in and navigate a global matrix organization.

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $230,000 and $250,000, with bonus target up to 80% of annual base, paid quarterly.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
