Establish and govern the organization’s emergency response policies, frameworks, and command activation processes. Ensure the company is prepared for network incidents, disasters, and crises through structured readiness, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and enforce the Emergency Response Governance Framework for network-impacting events.
Define incident classification levels, escalation pathways, and RCMT activation criteria.
Lead the structured activation and management of the RCMT.
Ensure accurate and timely SITREPs, dashboards, and executive communications during incidents.
Align cross-domain activities across Core, Transport, Access, Power, IT, and Field Operations.
Oversee readiness, maintenance, and compliance of response playbooks and command structures.
Facilitate command drills, tabletop exercises, and emergency simulations.
Ensure proper handover to Network Recovery & Normalization post-incident.
Advise NRRO Department Head and LT/ELT on incident status, risks, and mitigation measures.

Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
5+ years in network operations, disaster recovery, emergency response governance, or crisis management.
Knowledge of telecom networks, RAN operations, ICS frameworks, and DR/BCP standards.
Proven policy governance, cross-functional coordination, and crisis decision-making skills.
Certifications in ISO 22301/22320, ICS, or Emergency Management are advantageous.
