About the role:
Are you a talented Head Chef and ready to make a change?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and quality-driven Head Chef to join our supportive and cohesive team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane to make a meaningful impact for our patients.
In this valued role you will assist our busy team to prepare and cook meals as well as supporting the delivery of food to our patients across our 164-bed hospital and 180 residents at St Vincent’s Care Services Brisbane (Kangaroo Point).

Things that work for us:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cook preferably within a hospital environment
Availability to work on a Permanent Full Time basis Monday to Friday – reclaim your weekends!
Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards
Current Food Hygiene Certificate
Demonstrable experience and knowledge in food preparation, hygiene and infection control procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety and safe manual handling practices
