About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

  • Sales Strategy & Support: Develop and coordinate monthly sales target planning for salesforce, sales campaigns, and communications with performance recommendations to bank partner and internal sales team to keep improving sales performance of Amret channel.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare materials for various meetings, including weekly PD meetings, sales activity reviews among Regional Sales Managers and Head of Regional Sales, monthly Banca Life Planner meeting, monthly partnership discussions, and quarterly Steeco meeting.
  • Reporting & Administration: Manage performance reporting, BLP movement, merchandising, deferments, and ad-hoc reporting for the sales team and our bank partner.
  • Bank Partner Relationship Management: Conducting branch visits to address challenges and fostering collaboration with Amret through continuous support and feedback.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Sales Director (SD) and Chief Partnership Distribution Office (CPDO)
