Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head Bancassurance - Development will be responsible for achieving financial targets for revenue, profit and growth and drive company objectives through effective working relationship with the partner while upholding PAUL compliant culture.

As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with strong sales, project management, relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with high standards of quality, strong work ethic and integrity.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Focus on delivering the desired outcomes for the partnership that is aligned to the company strategy.
  • Develop and deploy initiatives to company and partnership that will achieve company objectives.
  • Gather and analyse data to review and continually improve FSC and bank staff programs and development.
  • Maintain effective communication with partners and finding timely, creative and compliant solutions to resolve company-partner issues and challenges.
  • Lead dynamic teams, directly manage people and coach for high performance.
