The Position

Assume full responsibility in managing healthcare professional customers including field promotion and business partnership to ensure sales and KPI achievement in HCP Chapter in a cost effective manner. Develop and implement annual HCP plan and promotions to solidify CS-NPC leading position in the target market.

Conduct all business activities in full compliance with Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection policies, while demonstrating a solid understanding of compliance requirements and upholding the high standard of integrity.

主要工作職責  Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the formulation of the Annual Sales Plan and develop specific account plans and profiles to maximize coverage, sales and distribution objectives
    協助制定年度銷售計劃並製定特定的客戶計劃和資料,以最大程度地覆蓋範圍,銷售和銷售目標
  • Develop and implement annual plan and contract for healthcare professional customers timely and with quality.
    及時並高品質地制定和實施醫療專業客戶群年度營銷計劃和合約
  • Disease area-based position responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with healthcare professionals across various specialty networks including endocrinology and so on.
  • Support Portfolio Management / Supports for assigned products                                            支援產品組合管理/為指定產品提供支援
  • Manage healthcare professional customers and business partners sales and develop promotions to achieve sales target and KPIs.

  • Develop new channels, innovate new sales models, and create cooperation between Roche and other external companies
    開發新銷售通路,創新銷售模式,並與其他外部公司之間建立合作
  • Visit channels at the required frequency and build strong engagement and partnership with them.
    按要求的頻率訪問各通路,並與他們建立牢固的夥伴關係
  • Track the results of promotion and effectiveness of field promotion regularly.
    定期追蹤區域推廣銷售活動的成果與效能
  • Accelerate product off-take in trade and optimize inventory level.
    加快商品迴轉,優化庫存水平
  • Provide Account sales forecast for order placement and sales tracking.
    提供重要客戶銷售預測,以進行訂單投放和銷售追踪
  • Well manage M&D budget on Account and business partners.
    有效管理客戶和事業夥伴的 M&D預算
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what competitors are doing.

  • Raise applications of FOC and demo goods from the team, and monitor if applications are written off monthly

  • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.

  • Other tasks assigned by Head of CS-NPC負責人分配的其他任務

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years Experience in GP business management/development is preferred

Education:

University graduate

Working Experience:

At least 3 years healthcare professional customers business management experience in medical related field or consumer healthcare

Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and clear understanding of high standards of Integrity

  • Experience and knowledge in the OTC / consumer / POCs healthcare sector will be desirable. 
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and a good business judgment as demonstrated by a track record in sales and analytical roles are required. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to be agile and growth mind set when solving problems with a keen commercial acumen and must-win spirit
  • Able to translate market intelligence and related information into feasible business strategies and decision in assigned accounts/territory
  • Independent and creative thinking in this sales role is critical. 
  • MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access literacy, etc.
  • Fluency in English is preferred, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
