Your New Role…

You will be supporting the EMEA Marketing Planning lead, along with the overall Brand and Content Marketing team, at a pivotal moment for the WBD EMEA Streaming organisation. You will contribute to ensure that the EMEA Streaming Marketing Team has the very best planning tools and information to achieve all its marketing ambitions and growth initiatives with success, leading to healthy and exceptional subscriber growth and retention.

You will be in touch with key stakeholders across many departments from Content Planning and Scheduling, Data Insights to Creative Services, Streaming Marketing and much more. While supporting the Marketing Planning efforts across all verticals, you will also be involved with strategical and creative aspects of mid and long-range planning. With an analytical eye and content-lover heart, you will support the efforts of the streaming organisation in its present and future developments, assuring day to day information flow from and across all stakeholders, while adding competitor and market overviews.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Organise, maintain and distribute essential marketing data and information, related to content and promotional assets, across a variety of tools for the EMEA Streaming Marketing Team. 
  • Assist with regular updates, while contributing to structural improvements, across all Streaming Marketing Planning documents and reports. 
  • Answer everyday content marketing-related requests from the EMEA Marketing team and pan-regional marketing requests from other teams. 
  • Connect with Content teams across the business (Streaming Planning and Scheduling, Kids, Adult Swim...) to help ensure the EMEA Streaming Content Marketing Calendar is rich and up to date. 
  • Support the Marketing Planning lead and the EMEA Brand and Content Marketing Team with day-to- day needs, organisation and setup and information procurement. 
  • Observe the competitive landscape, narrow down key moments and releases throughout the year and produce relevant pan-EMEA reports. 
  • Contribute to creating key campaigns post-mortem reports. 

Qualifications & Experience…

  • You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.  
  • Interest in Streaming, particularly HBO Max.
  • Innovative, self-starter and proactive – constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Well-organised, good time management and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of WBD content knowledge and passion for pursuing a career in the industry.

The Internship… 

  • Salary: £27,000 p/a  
  • Contract Length: 12 months   
  • Start Date: 6th July 2026 
  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.  
  • You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more.  
  • You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

  • Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue. The deadline for this is Sunday 8th February. 
  • Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in February. 
  • Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place in April.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
