To make this transformation successful, responsible and scalable, we are offering an internship for a student who wants to connect people, enable innovation and help shape the future of AI within mortgage servicing.
What you are going to do
Set up and grow the AI Community within Mortgages, connecting colleagues and sharing knowledge
Create clear and engaging communication flows to keep employees informed and involved
Build a strong working relationship with the AI Core Team, linking strategy to daily practice
Help establish a solid structure and governance for responsible AI development
Act as a catalyst for change, turning ideas into action across teams

Who you are
You are a student at a university or university of applied sciences (HBO) in a field such as Business, Technology, Data or Innovation
Curious, proactive and motivated to work at the intersection of business and AI
Strong communicator who likes to connect people and enjoys bringing ideas and stakeholders together
Works in a structured and goal-oriented way to create impact
Enjoys working in a professional and complex organisation and is not afraid to take initiative
Who you will work with
You will work with a wide range of teams and departments across the bank. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the Product Manager of the Digital Services & Process Innovation domain. Together, you connect strategic AI ambitions with day-to-day execution and help ensure AI initiatives land effectively in the mortgage organisation.
