You will be responsible for monitoring tool performance and scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on your assigned area's equipment. Use mechanical and electronic skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Assist with equipment installations and upgrades and create and modify equipment procedures. Work to increase tool uptime through systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and routine reviews of maintenance checklists and procedures.
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks according to SOPs to ensure equipment uptime and yield.
Production Support and Emergency Response
Provide real-time support for equipment issues during shifts and collaborate with process engineers to improve process stability.
Participate in carry-in/carry-out, equipment relocation and installation tasks, ensuring on-site safety and process compliance.
Collect and analyze equipment parameters, failure records, and maintenance history to propose improvements (e.g., FDC, monitoring).
Assist in the introduction of new equipment and processes and participate in pilot runs and validation.
Regularly write maintenance reports, failure analysis reports, and shift handover records.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Familiar with basic circuits, pneumatics, vacuum, and mechanical principles.
Able to read English technical documents and manuals.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other basic office tools.
Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Proactive, stress-resistant, and strong problem-solving skills.
