What You'll Be Doing
- Support plant operations by performing a variety of tasks including cleaning, material handling, and equipment assistance
- Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently as directed
- Monitor material flow and identify issues to maintain smooth production
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard‑free work environment
- Work collaboratively with plant teams to complete daily operational goals
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely in an industrial environment
- Capability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
- Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow established procedures
- Dependable work habits and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
