What You'll Be Doing

  • Support plant operations by performing a variety of tasks including cleaning, material handling, and equipment assistance
  • Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently as directed
  • Monitor material flow and identify issues to maintain smooth production
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard‑free work environment
  • Work collaboratively with plant teams to complete daily operational goals

  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely in an industrial environment
  • Capability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow established procedures
  • Dependable work habits and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
