Job purpose
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating electronics hardware verification and validation activities for high-volume, high-quality powertrain products operating in harsh environments, such as Control Units and High Voltage Power Electronics (e.g., inverters).
Your responsibilities
- Define electronics hardware verification and validation test plans based on input from program management, system leaders, electronics hardware and mechanical competencies.
- Contribute to defining tests strategy and coordinating its realization.
- Collaborate with system, software and hardware development leaders to control parts availability for testing.
- Monitor, track and communicate testing resource needs.
- Track progress of electronics hardware deliverables and test.
- Evaluate and communicate delays and risks to product development.
- Review and report testing status and results – internally and externally.
What we’re looking for
- Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or an associated field
- 5+ years experience in automotive electronics hardware development
- 2+ years of experience in leading/coordinating a project team
- Active listener, strong communicator and strong leadership skills
- Good foundation knowledge in hardware embedded systems and mechanical constraints
- Proficient in communicating with customer and engineering leadership
- Fluency in English is required

Recruitment process
- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
- Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
- Technical Interview(s) (1 to 1.5 hours, one or two rounds) - Conducted by the manager , this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be held via Teams or at our office.
- Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
