Hardware Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and motivated Hardware Team Lead with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Electronics team.
This role includes ownership of the electronics domain, hands-on technical leadership, and people management across all Beewise product generations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the electronics domain and manage a team of electronics/board design engineers
  • Take hands-on ownership of electronic systems: architecture, design decisions, board design guidance, bring-up, validation, and production readiness
  • Drive electronics development across the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, prototyping, validation, NPI, and sustaining engineering
  • Define electronics design standards, best practices, and documentation
  • Lead system-level integration and work closely with firmware, mechanics, system, product, and operations teams
  • Own root-cause analysis and resolution of production and field issues
  • Support DFM/DFT activities and work closely with manufacturing partners
  • Manage external subcontractors and suppliers for PCB design and manufacturing

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and board-level design
  • Proven experience leading engineers or technical teams
  • Strong background in analog and digital board design and system-level integration
  • Experience taking hardware products from concept to mass production
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and a system-level mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment
