About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Hardware Support Specialist to join our expanding Toronto-based team. In this crucial, customer-facing role, you will be the primary expert responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing operation of our innovative laundry payment systems. Key ResponsibilitiesProviding hands-on support for both new system installations and existing hardware/software deployments. Serving as the subject matter expert on how our readers integrate with various laundry machines. Diagnosing and resolving hardware connectivity issues efficiently. Guiding users through the setup and configuration of our mobile Tap-to-Pay app. Following an initial training period, this role will adopt a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days in our Toronto office and allowing 3 days of remote work. We seek a collaborative individual who can engage effectively with both team members and physical hardware components during in-office days and maintain productivity and close communication while working from home.

About the Team
Located in Toronto, our Laundroworks team is at the forefront of digitizing self-service laundry facilities. Laundroworks develops an NFC-based payment system, wrapped in real-time connectivity and supported by advanced management software. Our technology is developed and manufactured in-house, including connected reader modules that control the laundry machines, payment kiosks, management software, and a novel NFC-based Tap-to-Pay App (which Apple is following developments on due to its unique approach).
