What You’ll get to Do:
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) seeks to fill a Manager of Hardware Engineering 3 position based in Annapolis, MD. In this manager of managers and technical leader role, the selected candidate will report to the Oceanic Director of Engineering and will be responsible for the overall direction, leadership, and management of approximately 75 employees. This cross-disciplined organization includes Electrical Engineering, SONAR Systems, Mechanical and Electrical Drafting and Configuration Management. The selected candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other E&S and business leaders, as well as other enabling functions to meet our commitments and address/resolve challenges in a timely manner.

Primary Level Salary Range: $162,300.00 - $243,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
