About the location:

Stay in for the quiet nights with 24-hour room service, savour locally sourced ingredients prepared by classically trained chefs, slip into bliss with handcrafted cocktails at EDGE Restaurant & Bar or unwind at our spa with a selection of rejuvenating treatments.BASIC PURPOSE: Cleans guest rooms to exacting standards and inspects hotel rooms and suites as well as public areas to ensure they are cleaned to exacting standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift. Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
2. Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Communicates quality to supervisor and relays needed coaching for team members to management.
3. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
4. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
5. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant.
