With exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, this role ensures that all guest rooms are impeccably cleaned, refreshed, and maintained to Four Seasons standards.
The Guest Room Attendant anticipates and customizes guest needs—often before being asked—and maintains a thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room—including bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom—in accordance with established procedures.
Perform Room Attendant duties in both occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
Provide turndown service with care, precision, and an eye for personalization.
Identify thoughtful opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest, enhancing comfort and satisfaction.
Ensure all guest interactions reflect warmth, professionalism, and the Four Seasons standard of service.
One year or more of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
