Guest Services Representative

To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to answering telephones, greeting, assisting, and checking families into and out of Target House. Smile and greet guests warmly as the first point of contact. Assists Security with controlling access by signing in and out visitors, volunteers, and vendors into Target House.

Shifts are a combination of 3:30 p.m.-12 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.-8 a.m., 40 hours a week, 2 weekends a month, and some holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all guests within the assigned area.
  • Maintain overall quality and cleanliness of the assigned area.
  • Provide assistance and support within the assigned area (e.g., house management, volunteer department, front desk department, guest services requests).
  • Monitor supplies and inventory within the area as assigned, and take necessary action.
  • Document and share reports for own area as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed to meet the department's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.


Minimum Education and/or Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Minimum Experience:
State the minimum years of experience required to do this job successfully.

  • One year of applicable experience in a service-oriented, customer-focused environment is preferred.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.00 - $30.00 per hour for the role of Guest Services Representative.
