Guest Services Representative - JLL

What this job involves: Continually strive to exceed guest expectations by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Guest Services Representative ensures that every customer interaction is conducted in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, serving as the primary point of contact for shoppers and retailers while contributing to JLL's commitment to outstanding property management and customer service excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the centre's services, amenities, stores, promotions, and facilities

  • Create memorable customer experiences through proactive, excellent service and professional interactions with shoppers and retailers

  • Manage gift card sales and end-of-day transactions while operating Guest Services kiosk efficiently

  • Provide directions, information, and answer mall-related inquiries with tailored suggestions based on store offerings

  • Foster strong retailer relationships and educate on centre services while displaying positive attitude in all communications

  • Support Marketing Department in promotional activities and participate in special projects as assigned

  • Understand Crisis Management Manual and Guest Services' responsibilities during emergency situations

Required Qualifications:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with shoppers, retailers, centre Management, service providers, and all shopping centre personnel
  • Capability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking while maintaining high level of professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution management
  • Above-average computer skills and technical proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality environment
  • Multilingual abilities (additional languages beyond English)
  • Experience working in shopping centre or retail property management
  • Friendly, approachable, proactive, and solution-oriented personality traits
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

Estimated compensation for this position:

2,058,420.00 – 20,584.20 CAD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
