Boeing is seeking a Guest Service Representative focus on customer services and training support to join our team of professionals.
This position will be based in Lingang Free-trade Zone (near Pudong Airport) Shanghai, China.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Perform Denied Party Screening and ensure persons are properly identified and authorized to access Boeing facilities.
Arrange accommodation and transportation for customers and visitors.
Meet and greet instructors, students and visitors upon arrival to the campus, maintain visitor record.
Assist students with campus services including medical needs and provide information on local amenities and attractions.
Restock tea, coffee, fruits, snacks and water etc. for customer lounge and employee lounge.
Print and distribute daily simulator schedules.
Manage contractor and ensure high standard delivery of after-hours reception services.
Provide telephone receptionist services and cover other administrative tasks as required.
Training Support:
Coordination of courseware material and student packs.
Data management of certificates and student information.
Set up classrooms properly for the courses where applicable.
Input students’ names in IPSS for flight training dry courses.
Provide administrative support to the Flight Training, Maintenance Training and Door Trainer training as required.
Administrative:
Cover administrative services as required, such services may include processing campus mails, ordering of catering, check of cleaning service, restocking of office supplies, SAP requisitioning, contractor induction, student badge process and other administrative services as required.
Coordinate and control all items entering and leaving Boeing facilities.
Report facility malfunctions to campus manager or facility specialist to ensure timely repairs.
Act as LTD (License to Drive) focal to create and update supplier profiles.
Manage the suppliers to ensure high standard service delivery.
Reconcile the bills from suppliers and coordinate with finance team for payment settlement.
Report any suspicious activity to Campus Manager and security department.
Manage the posters at the campus.
Support events at the campus as required.
Coordinate inventory and sale of Boeing Store merchandise.
Work with management to identify new vendors that will achieve improved service levels, better products, and lower costs.
Identify and implement administrative related cost saving and improvement opportunities at the campus.
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate level of English language skills (read, write, and spoken).
Intermediate computing skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
Methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks.
Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive and proactive working attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Strong sense of customer service.
Process management and supplier management skills desired.
