The Guest Relations Supervisor oversees all Four Seasons Resorts Thailand locations, including Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, and the Tented Camp Golden Triangle.

Work authorization for the location is required.

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor in addition to the duties of reservations supervisor will also deliver a seamless, personalized experience of multi-property stays from reservation to departure. Anticipating needs and ensuring flawless service across departments, you will uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality. With warmth, professionalism, and local expertise, you will aim to create memorable moments that inspire guest loyalty.

What you will do

Job Description 

  • Lead and manage the full guest journey, ensuring personalized and coordinated service from reservation through arrival and departure.

  • Follow up on pre-arrival communications, block rooms according to preferences, and oversee preparations and amenities.

  • Collaborate with all departments (F&B, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping) to deliver a seamless and anticipatory guest experience.

  • Engage with guests throughout their stay, gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all requests are met with care.

  • Promote hotel amenities, experiences, and Food & Beverage offerings to enhance the stay and drive guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on guest satisfaction trends, feedback, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.

  • Add personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all company policies.

  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, finding appropriate solutions and communicating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

Additionally, we also intend to have this individual support the Revenue team to maximize revenue through preparation of reports and data as required. That part of the role would include; 

  • Support daily Revenue Management activities, including pickup, occupancy, and forecast analysis

  • Assist in updating and monitoring rates across all distribution channels (hotel website, OTAs, GDS, and wholesale partners)

  • Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

  • Support inventory control and restriction management (minimum stay, stop sales, open/close dates)

  • Assist Reservations department based on business needs
