About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role of Guest Experience Supervisor:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Guest Experience Supervisor to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

You will play an important role throughout the pre-opening phase and future Front Office operations, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of all departmental standards. You will review daily arrivals and departures, oversee VIP and return guest handling, and ensure all preferences are accurately captured in their guest Profiles. You will support the management of the Elite inbox and phone lines, assist with pre-arrival arrangements, and perform in-room check-ins and check-outs when required. In the absence of the Guest Experience Manager, you will welcome high-profile guests and serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and accurately.

You will anticipate guest needs, follow up on all requests, and take immediate action to resolve any service issues or concerns. You will collaborate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping to create seamless arrivals and departures, maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services, room types, rates, promotions, and ensure accurate communication of arrivals, departures, and VIP movements. While delivering warm, personalized, and thoughtful service at every touchpoint.

Our ideal Guest Experience Supervisor candidate will:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office and Outlook and a thorough knowledge of the Front Office systems, such as Opera, Web Checkin, HotSoS, KEY. 
  • Aufficient experience in Room Division departments. 
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in Greek and another language is an advantage.
