The Guest Experience Specialist is the welcoming face of Analog Devices Inc. at the Wilmington, MA Headquarters Visitor Center. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for all visitors while supporting employees and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a polished, professional presence. This is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting to the Senior Director Global Security.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations

  • Greet all guests professionally upon arrival and serve as the primary liaison between visitors and their ADI hosts.
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure all guests follow proper check‑in procedures.
  • Keep guests informed of their host’s arrival and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Wilmington campus to provide accurate directions and answer questions.
  • Answer incoming operator calls and route them to the appropriate employees.
  • Verify visitors for Global Government Affairs & Trade (GGAT) to ensure export‑compliance requirements are met prior to entry.

Employee & Visitor Support

  • Accept occasional deliveries for employees and notify recipients for pickup.
  • Arrange transportation for visitors, including taxis and car services.
  • Collaborate closely with facilities, café, security, and other on‑site teams to support seamless daily operations.

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Direct Global Security, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the Senior Director Global Security.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, de‑escalate concerns, and resolve issues diplomatically while maintaining policies and security requirements.
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow‑through—tracking requests to completion and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Efficient and accurate record‑keeping abilities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 2–3 years of guest services, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Proven experience delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Associate’s degree in hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $20 to $27.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
