Support the Guest Experience team in the tasks performed by the department.
What you will do:
Gain valuable knowledge about guest experience standards, policies and procedures.
Learn how to anticipate and respond to different types of guests’ needs and requests.
Assist the Guest Experience team in creating memorable and personalized moments for our guests.
Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Concierge and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
What you bring:
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills,
the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
You have fluency in English. Italian and and a third language represents an advantage
