Guest Experience Associate Part Time

Do you have hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests. As well as conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis.

This position will be part-time approximately 24 hours a week, with occasional flexibility needed.

The specific hours for this position are:
Thursdays – Overnight from 11PM to 7AM
Saturdays – Typically 10AM-6:30PM
Sundays – (Might vary) but typically from 10AM-7PM

What you have

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 1+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Genuine desire to help others

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests

  • Bilingual a plus

What you’ll do

  • Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests

  • Maintain professional relationship with guests, clients, vendors and all staff.

  • On the overnight shift, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has checked out with the Stay Sojo team member (You) before departing. You must collect signatures and keys from each guest and inform the appropriate party should anyone lose their keys.

  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner

  • Inspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests. Supply unit with additional guest supplies when necessary.

  • Monitor the property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents

  • This position may require involvement in special projects and initiatives as they arise. Candidates should be adaptable and open to taking on diverse tasks to support the company's evolving needs.

As a Guest Services Attendant, you must be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic and assertive as well.
