Competencies required skill:
- 1 year of experience in Customs
- Advanced English
- Basic use of Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork ability
- Knowledge in Systems:
o Trade and Tax Solution database (2TS)
o SOIA – MX Government System
o US Broker system for entry
o Group E-mail monitoring
- Ground exports knowledge
- Intra Mexico Export Invoicing process knowledg
General Functions:
- Management of documenting Export Operations
- Constant learning in the different Operations of the area
- Sporadic participation in Internal Audit processes such as Archive Control
- Do not make unilateral decisions and learn to consult EOS Customs processes
- Attention to Exports of plants and/or assigned sites (Generation of customs declarations, customs proformas such as DODA, PITA and generation of files for Carta Porte)
- Generation of Transfer Notices (Inter Plant Shipments)
- Realization of Virtual Invoices (Intra-Mexico Shipments from Clients/Suppliers) Support and monitoring of the tasks of the previous shift of the customs area Monitoring of Export Shipments from the Interior Plants.
- Report and notification of customs checks at the ports for Imports or Exports Responsible of archive filling Support and attention to any contingency of the area and/or services.
- Any other work activity related to your position and/or required by your immediate boss
