We're looking for a GTM Systems Lead to own the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of our go-to-market stack. This is a technical role with a strong business process foundation. You'll ensure our systems are built for scale and high velocity as we grow.

You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of GTM systems: evaluating the tool landscape, managing vendor relationships, and making recommendations on what to buy, renew, or cut. You stay current on what's emerging, what's overhyped, and what's genuinely game-changing. You have a proven track record executing system changes across varying levels of complexity, and you care about measurable outcomes, not just shipping.

This role takes a full-stack approach, from strategy and architecture through hands-on technical delivery and operational implementation. You'll partner closely with GTM leadership and operations, and support enablement teams with documentation on the latest revenue stack technologies.

Here’s what you'll do

  • The GTM Systems Lead will own end-to-end delivery, execution, and continuous improvement of our GTM systems and processes:
    • Delivery & Execution: Own delivery timelines, milestones, and priorities across GTM teams. Translate strategic direction into clear, executable plans and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Escalate risks early and drive opportunities for improvements.
    • Workflow & Project Management: Turn ambiguous requests into actionable next steps and push back when scope or timelines drift.
    • Quality Control: Serve as the quality gate between "done" and "ready." Review outputs for clarity, completeness, and correctness (UAT, etc). Ensure clean handoffs across docs, fields, logic, and instructions and know when something needs another pass before it ships.
  • The GTM Systems Lead will own the health, access, and integrity of our GTM stack on a day-to-day basis:
    • Data Quality: Own data quality across the GTM stack, including ongoing hygiene, enrichment workflows, and scoring logic. Proactively identify and resolve data issues before they impact the business.
    • System Access & Permissions: Manage system access and permissions across all GTM tools, ensuring the right people have the right access at all times.
    • Tool Fluency: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the GTM tool ecosystem, understanding how tools connect, where they break, and where there are opportunities to consolidate or improve.
    • Vendor Management & Tool Evaluation: Own vendor relationships across the GTM stack. Evaluate tools against business needs and make recommendations on what to buy, renew, or cut.
  • The GTM Systems Lead will partner closely with GTM leadership and RevOps to align systems with strategy and support the broader team:
    • Strategic Alignment: Work directly with GTM Ops & Sales leadership to ensure systems and processes reflect current company strategy and are built for scale and high velocity.
    • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate across technical operators including Data, RevOps, and Finance to drive alignment and unblock delivery.
    • Systems Enablement & Adoption: Lead the strategy for GTM system documentation and enablement, taking full accountability for the successful rollout and sustained adoption of all system enhancements and workflows.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • 5+ years in a senior GTM Systems IC role at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy
  • You've built and scaled GTM systems from scratch, not just inherited them
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience and fluency across modern GTM tools including Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari, LeanData and have a track record for learning and adopting new tools.
  • Strong understanding of data models, enrichment workflows, account scoring logic, and automation architecture, including hands-on experimentation with AI automation.
  • Exceptional written communication and async-first work style
  • You're calm under pressure, push back when needed, and always look for ways to fill the gap
