We're seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and serve as a critical partner to our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organizations. In this role, you'll be the hands-on expert managing our core go-to-market technology stack, ensuring our teams have the tools and data they need to drive revenue growth efficiently.

What you will be doing:

Systems Administration & Optimization

  • Own the day-to-day administration of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, DealHub, HubSpot, Gong, and other sales and marketing tools
  • Manage incoming requests from Sales, CS, and Marketing teams, triaging priorities and delivering solutions efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, data quality issues, and user access problems
  • Build and maintain custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation to improve data integrity and user experience

Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Execute on smaller-scale projects independently or own specific workstreams within larger initiatives
  • Partner with GTM leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop enablement materials for new features or process changes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes
  • Stay current on platform updates and new features across our tech stack
  • Recommend tool optimizations and enhancements based on business needs and industry best practices

What you bring with you:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or similar RevOps/Sales Ops role
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud/CPQ a plus)
  • Working knowledge of additional GTM tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data tools and concepts (SQL, APIs, data modeling)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
