About the team

The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with each GTM function and across Stripe to drive initiatives and support the overall rhythm of the GTM business. Within GTM Ops, this team supports two separate but related functional areas:

  • The Alliances & Channels (A&C) team is at the forefront of working with partners, sales and our users to drive revenue and growth. The A&C Strategy and Operations function at Stripe plays a crucial role in the success of our partner organization. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art and science of sales, our team is dedicated to informing strategy and planning, optimizing processes, and providing insights that propel Stripe’s growth. We do this by being objective, trusted partners to the A&C Leadership team.
  • The Realization Operations team helps build the operational infrastructure that enables our GTM field teams to guide users from a commercial agreement with Stripe through implementation and usage of Stripe’s products. They collaborate closely with all field teams to support planning, core business operations, and data-driven insights that unlock faster value realization for Stripe users.

What you’ll do

Stripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers - a brand new global team to design, implement and grow Stripe’s operations for the next decade. We are looking for dynamic and curious people that have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, driving process improvements and want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating Stripe’s growth. If you like challenging, scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you!

For the GTM Ops Data Analyst role we are seeking a technically sophisticated and detailed oriented individual who supports A&C and/or Realization Ops as an operations and analytics subject matter expert. This person will be responsible for improving the quality of analytics and insights on a consistent basis, including standardization of reporting and scalability across the function with the primary objective of enabling GTM leadership to make effective, analytically driven decisions. This person will also be innately curious and ready to dig deep into operational and performance processes, systems, and data to assess current performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide fact-based insights that enable us to introduce improvements in order to simplify complex cross-organizational systems to improve efficiency and drive growth. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain core SQL-driven GTM dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, timely refreshes, and clear insights for business stakeholders.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by aggregating, validating, and analyzing data, and preparing slides, commentary, and required updates.
  • Assist in forecasting activities by running data checks, maintaining related reports, and highlighting discrepancies or risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce/CRM operations, including resolving data issues, running data loads, creating basic reports, and supporting opportunity hygiene.
  • Triage and resolve operational tickets and ad-hoc reporting requests from GTM, A&C, and Sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional partners to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, improve data quality, and escalate pipeline or system issues when needed.
  • Perform end-to-end QA on dashboards, reports, and SQL-driven outputs to ensure error-free data used across business reviews and GTM operations.
  • Streamline internal reporting processes by identifying manual tasks, proposing simplifications, and improving documentation and runbooks.
  • Provide operational support and improvement recommendations for recurring GTM and A&C processes
  • Deliver clear written summaries and insights that help leadership interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
