Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented GTM Operations Intern to support pipeline accuracy and visibility for our Account Executives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our sales team has timely, reliable data to manage opportunities, forecast effectively, and make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in sales operations, CRM systems, and revenue processes.
Responsibilities
Support pipeline visibility and accuracy for Account Executives by ensuring ownership, role alignment, and opportunity data are current and reliable.
Support renewal pipeline visibility and accuracy for Customer Success Managers by ensuring ownership, role alignment, and opportunity data are current and reliable
Help maintain pipeline dashboards and reporting views used by sales leadership
Help maintain renewal dashboards and reporting views used by customer success leadership
Perform targeted Account and Opportunity data hygiene activities, including ownership validation and corrections.
Assist with sales reporting and analysis, including Account Executive performance reports and ad-hoc data requests.
Support lead routing and MQL review activities.
Assist with Account Executive and Customer Success Manager CRM offboarding processes, including reassignment of accounts and opportunities.
Collaborate with GTMs, Marketing, and Systems teams as needed.
Requirements
Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred) or recent graduate.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, lookups, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and remain focused on task‑heavy or repetitive work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in sales operations, business systems, or data‑driven decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Familiarity with data hygiene and data governance concepts.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
Availability for 5+ months, enabling ownership of longer‑term projects such as reporting and lead routing.
