As we scale, we’re looking for a GTM Operations & Automation Lead to build the systems, workflows, and insights that power our sales and marketing engine. You’ll own automation across the GTM stack by turning manual effort into seamless execution and help leadership make data-driven decisions that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

As a GTM Operations & Automation Lead at Enigma, you will design and automate workflows that power our sales and marketing engine. You’ll build scalable systems for lead follow-up, personalized outreach, and performance insights by removing bottlenecks and driving conversion. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to shape strategy and provide the data that informs key executive decisions. Your work will directly impact Enigma’s top-line growth and help world-class financial services and B2B SaaS companies discover the value of Enigma’s unified business identity graph.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

  • Design and Automate GTM Workflows:
Build and optimize automated processes for lead routing, follow-up, personalized outreach, and quote creation. Eliminate friction points to improve conversion and team efficiency
  • Integrate and Maintain GTM Systems:
Connect and maintain key tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to ensure clean data flow and a unified customer view
  • Deliver Insights and Reporting:
Generate GTM performance metrics, dashboards, and insights that inform strategy, forecast accuracy, and executive decision-making
  • Enable Sales and Marketing Teams:
Equip GTM teams with automation tools, data visibility, and streamlined processes to increase impact and speed
  • Support Campaign Execution:
Partner with Marketing to launch and optimize email, social, and web campaigns by driving engagement and qualified pipeline

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a technical  or analytical degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) 
  • Communicates with excellence—both written and verbal and has experience presenting to C-level executives, understanding Enigma’s brand and voice
  • Working knowledge in Python, SQL, or Spark to extract, manipulate, and analyze data in a business context (or has a willingness to learn quickly)
  • Has experience working with GTM tools such as Clay, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop strategies, and orchestrate their execution 
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Is driven by customer empathy, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or data/SaaS industries
  • Have prior exposure to data products, APIs, business intelligence tools, or machine learning concepts

Salary Range: $80–$120,000

A note on salary ranges: we pride ourselves on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is one piece of a total Enigma compensation package that includes additional benefits and opportunities. All of our compensation packages include equity because we believe 100% of Enigma employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from the value we’re creating together.
