The GTM Campaigns Specialist supports the execution and coordination of go-to-market marketing initiatives. This role ensures operational efficiencies across the GTM Campaigns function by managing non-release communication requests, campaign brief-in processes, and internal marketing-related materials. The GTM Campaigns Specialist is responsible for helping the team activate campaigns outside of formal release processes, coordinating requests or tasks, maintaining project workflows across various systems, and maintaining our internal intranet presence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of campaign messaging by coordinating inputs across business units and marketing functions to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Coordinate non-release communications outside of standard GTM launch and tiering process, partnering with Product and Support teams to gather details, brief in Creative, Marketing Operations, and Enablement, and coordinate approvals for external communications
  • Support in the setup, brief-in, and go-live of campaigns promoting product launches, certifications, learning opportunities, or relevant value propositions in coordination with marketing channel partners
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on the production of campaign assets and ensure deliverables meet brand, messaging, and timing requirements
  • Maintain GTM Campaigns content on the internal intranet, ensuring relevant information is accurate and up to date on a consistent basis
  • Manage campaign workback schedules across teams, including internal workback schedules and go-live dates across channels
  • Stay up to date on business operations, product roadmaps, the macro-industries, and workflows of the customers we aim to serve and support
  • Ensure consistent and fully optimized execution of campaigns and programs through active tracking of metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, and communicate results and optimizations with stakeholders
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or 2 years of equivalent experience in a marketing or project management related role
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and using supporting technology stack
  • Knowledgeable on marketing principles, such as prospect lifecycles, customer lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and success metrics
  • Ability to manage simultaneous project priorities, define tasks, coordinate activities, deliverables, and schedules and stay connected to the details. Experience working with Customer Success and Product and/or Product Marketing partners preferred
  • Passionate about understanding PitchBook’s varied customers and providing them with great experiences while impacting the business
  • Self-starter attitude who can work independently as needed and is empathetic, positive, and motivated to improve processes to more successfully deliver complex work
  • Solid analytical foundation. A data-driven approach to this work is expected and helps enable innovation and creativity
  • Expert communicator with excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in, and be agile within, a fast-paced environment and high-growth company
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $92,000-$105,000
  • Target annual bonus percentage: 7.5%

This role is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
