Program Overview

We are looking for 3-4 GTM & AI Innovation Interns to support our team this summer in our 11-week program. Interns will collaborate with the BDR team, Account Executives, Customer Success, and our AI operation stack.  You'll work directly with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other GTM tools - learning how a high-growth B2B intelligence company runs its revenue engine while building something that outlasts the summer.

What you'll do:

Go-to-Market & Pipeline Development
  • Own a structured research and outreach project that generates real pipeline — not a simulation, not a case study
  • Work directly in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build, enrich, and activate account and contact data
  • Collaborate with BDRs and AEs to validate findings and ensure your outputs are usable from day one
  • Contribute to outbound sequences, account prioritization, and competitive intelligence
AI-Powered Business Modernization
  • Use Claude AI and other generative AI tools to accelerate research, pattern recognition, and content production across your project
  • Build and test AI-assisted workflows and prompts that save the team time and increase output quality
  • Document your process improvements and present findings to team leads — your work could become part of Everstream’s standard operating playbook
  • Stay current on AI capabilities and bring new ideas on how Everstream can continue to lead in AI adoption internally
Strategic Learning & Collaboration
  • Participate in team meetings, product demos, and customer calls to develop a deep understanding of our market and buyers
  • Support analysis of competitive landscape, market positioning, and displacement opportunities
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned — at a fast-growing company, high-impact opportunities surface quickly

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be weekly at $400 per week based on a 20-hour work week
  • Role will be eligible for incentive-based compensation, awards, gifts, etc.
  • Hours will be flexible, but the expectation is 4-hour workdays, 5 days a week, Mon - Fri
  • Laptops and work necessities will be provided
  • Other expenses to be reimbursed based on prior approval from manager or executive team member

You're a strong fit if you:

  • Are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have a genuine interest in AI tools and enjoy experimenting with technology to solve problems
  • Are a strong communicator — you write clearly, ask good questions, and can distill complex ideas into simple language
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working in ambiguity; you take ownership and follow through
  • Have basic familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint) and an eagerness to learn sales and marketing platforms
  • Are available for a 20-hour per week commitment for the full 11-week program

This internship starts on June 1, 2026 and will run until August 14, 2026.
