This role is part of the Portfolio, Program & Project Management function, responsible for driving the successful delivery of organizational projects and programs. The position focuses on establishing and strengthening project governance frameworks, standardizing methodologies, and ensuring effective execution across multiple interrelated initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing project management best practices, tools, and templates; monitoring dependencies across programs; and consolidating project status, risks, and financial performance for leadership reporting. The role also serves as a central governance body to ensure adherence to defined methodologies, timelines, and budgets, while supporting the resourcing and management of critical organizational initiatives.
- In addition to project delivery, this role operates within the management stream and carries full people leadership responsibilities. This includes managing the employee lifecycle such as hiring, performance management, coaching and mentoring, compensation decisions, and talent development for future roles. The role also involves setting direction for the team, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- The planning horizon may range from short-term operational priorities to long-term strategic initiatives, with success achieved through effective leadership of direct and/or indirect teams.
- At this level, the individual is expected to possess strong functional expertise, along with a solid understanding of business operations and cross-functional interdependencies. The role requires the ability to independently manage most situations, applying sound judgment within established policies and practices, while seeking guidance on complex or non-routine matters.
- Leaders in this role are accountable for delivering team performance and outcomes, managing teams of early-career professionals and support staff, and adapting departmental priorities to address evolving operational and resource challenges.
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience or domain exposure in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is preferred
- Willingness to work in North America (NAM) shift is required
