Growth Marketing Manager

Remote - United States Full Time

The Growth Marketing Manager will build, manage, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to drive interest, consideration, and engagement among key district partners and school-leaders. This person owns campaign strategy, messaging development, asset creation, and GTM execution across multiple audience segments—using data to continually test, learn, and improve performance.

This role requires a highly organized, data-driven marketer who is skilled in HubSpot, understands how to build powerful automated workflows, and can translate insights into persona-specific materials and 1:1 messaging. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will reinforce key value propositions and support growth across all segments while helping our Sales and Account Management teams develop pipeline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Build and manage integrated multichannel campaigns (email, webpage, one-pagers, thought leadership content, and sales outreach) to drive engagement and support funnel movement across personas (e.g., C&I, HR, SPED, site leaders).
  • Develop and maintain a full-year campaign calendar including strategic tentpoles, persona-driven messaging themes, product-led initiatives, and regional activation moments.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to inform and refine messaging and positioning for different personas, priority regions, and product upgrades.
  • Use AI tools and Signals (e.g., NationGraph) to identify relevant moments—grants, legislation, meeting minutes, hiring needs, strategic plans—and translate these into campaigns and 1:1 outreach programs.
  • Develop and maintain evergreen nurture campaigns that help cultivate demand, deepen engagement with qualified prospects, and support sales touchpoints.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to build HubSpot workflows that notify sales of new buying signals or high-intent engagements, enabling timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing ops to develop and improve scoring models to help sales prioritize outreach.
  • Support SMB and expansion segments with targeted campaigns that enable account managers to drive incremental revenue based on usage and product needs.
  • Develop and distribute enablement assets—email templates, messaging frameworks, call scripts, one-pagers, and guidance documents—to support sales execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support executive-level campaigns (CEO/Vice President POV content, strategic outreach).
  • Produce insights reporting, including performance data, buyer-signal trends, and recommendation summaries to improve future campaign execution.
  • Manage ongoing requests from Marketing, Sales, and Operations partners: campaign execution, tactical support, and asset updates.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3–6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, product, or demand-gen marketing in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building full-funnel campaigns across email, web, landing pages, and nurture paths.
  • Hunger to leverage AI tools to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and performance.
  • Strong HubSpot expertise—workflow automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills; ability to adapt tone for different personas.
  • Experience translating product value propositions into targeted messaging and sales enablement assets.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics, diagnosing funnel friction, and making data-based recommendations.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, product, account management, and marketing ops to execute successful GTM plans.
  • Commitment to learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project-management skills; comfortable owning timelines and working across multiple priorities.
