We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven marketing initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on expertise in digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the life insurance or financial services industry and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition and conversion across digital channels.
Collaborate with GPMSS to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid media (search, display, social)
Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Work closely with the Agency team to ensure effective lead distribution and lead performance optimization
Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders on initiative co-creation and delivery.
Oversee marketing automation and CRM strategies to enhance customer lifecycle engagement.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in life insurance or financial services, or Performance Marketing Agency
Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders.
Proven expertise in performance marketing (SEO, Paid Media, email marketing)
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and marketing platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
